What is the law in California if a couple is legally separated, with children involved, and the woman wants to live with her boyfriend with the kids. Is this legal. Does the Father have any recourse.

if there are automatic temporary restraining orders in effect which include health insurance and the carrying party voluntarily resigns its job, forfeiting health insurance, and not opting to take COBRA is it still in contempt? is it still under an obligation to keep it even though it quit? there was no judgment entered allowing it do so.
