The California Supreme Court today has decided that it is Unconstitutional to limit "marriages" to opposite-sex couples. Marriage cannot be limited to a union "between a man and a woman." The ruling recognizes the right of same-sex couples to engage in the ritual of "marriage" rather than limiting the definition of their relationships to "domestic partnerships."
