I like the Findlaw website. It has a ton of great information for lawyers and non-lawyers. The Family Law sections of the website are worth a look. Links are provided to information for most states. One of the family law pages I am mentioning is directed toward lawyers, but should also be useful to non-lawyers. The other is designed more so for non-lawyers. It should be noted that it is a commercial site put on-line by legal publisher Thomson West, as such it is also one big commercial for the company, as well as covered by other advertising.
